Relleka

Rellekka is a village in the Fremennik Province. It is home to the Fremenniks, a hardy people who place great value on tradition. Nearly all of its features require completion of The Fremennik Trials to use. Multiple quests take place in the area and its surroundings.

Rellekka's remote location makes it a very tedious place to access. However, there are a number of ways to reach Rellekka, listed here in order of least to most running involved:

• Fremennik sea boots 1 — centre of the marketplace.
• Enchanted lyre — southern village entrance.
• Waterbirth Teleport — Waterbirth Island, next to a boat leading to the Rellekka docks.
• Teleport to House — POH portal just south of the village.
• Diary cape — just south of the POH portal.
• Icy basalt — Weiss, after which players can climb down the cliff and take the boat to a dock north-east of the village.
• Moonclan Teleport and the Lunar Home Teleport — Lunar Isle, after which talking to one of the NPCs without a Seal of Passage will cause players to be instantly kicked out to the Rellekka marketplace.
  • With the elite Fremennik Diary completed, the Return Orb in Lunar Isle's bank can be used instead.
• Fairy ring DKS — Keldagrim cave, a short run east of the northern village entrance.
• Ring of wealth — Miscellania, a medium-short run northwest of the docks.
• Music cape — Falo the Bard, a medium run south of the village.
• Spirit trees — Etceteria, a decent run to the docks to Rellekka. With the 55 Agility shortcut, this is as fast as the POH teleport.
• Eagle transport system — Rellekka Hunter area cave, a long run northeast of the village.
• Camelot Teleport — Camelot, a very long run south of the village.

At some point in the Fourth Age or early Fifth Age, the Fremennik people abandoned their nomadic way of life, creating the village of Rellekka. While this greatly improved life for most Fremennik, some disagreed with this new way of living. They wanted to live closer to nature, and felt like the people of Rellekka had grown too complacent and too reliant on tools rather than skill. They also disagreed with the use of magic and felt that their seer was an affront to the gods, although both groups do share the same views on the sanctity of runestones. These people left the Fremenniks, grouping together to form the Mountain Tribe, taking with them the Ancient Rock that symbolized the Fremennik's refusal to use runestones.

The Fremenniks would later establish more settlements across the Fremennik Province, forming colonies on Miscellania, Etceteria, and the Fremennik Isles.

All features require The Fremennik Trials, with the exception of milking the dairy cow or using the dairy churn. Sigmund the Merchant sells a variety of goods in a general store-like shop, which many do not know about, as it is not shown on the world map.

Rellekka, being built next to the sea, has a thriving port. Ships travel to and from Rellekka regularly. From Rellekka it is possible to travel to:

• Miscellania and Etceteria — Only accessible after completion of The Fremennik Trials. Points of interest include the bank, castle marketplaces, underground shops, and the Manage Your Kingdom mini-game.
• Lunar Isle — Requires part of Lunar Diplomacy. To go here, you must first travel to the Pirates' Cove. Points of interest include the bank, Astral Altar, gem mines, and flax fields.
• Pirates' Cove — Requires part of Lunar Diplomacy. Points of interest include swamp tar respawns and moss giants.
• Waterbirth Island — Points of interest include snape grass respawns, rock crabs, and Waterbirth Dungeon.
• The Fremennik Isles — Also known as Neitiznot and Jatizso. Jatizso requires a small amount of the Fremennik Isles quest, while Neitiznot requires a little more. The quest is started on the docks. Points of interest include yaks, the spinning wheel, Jatizso Mines, ice trolls, anvils, two banks, a tannery, several shops, a furnace, range, and water source.
• Iceberg — Although technically not part of Rellekka's port, the small boat east of Rellekka will take players to the Penguin Outpost, home to the Penguin agility course.
• Ungael — During and after Dragon Slayer II, players may fight Vorkath on this island, only accessible through the port Torfinn is on.
• The Island of Stone — After completing The Fremennik Exiles, players can return to this island to fight Basilisk Knights, as well as regular basilisks and dagannoth.

• There is a firepit in the main lodge that never dies out. Players buying or fishing for fish can cook them here. There is also a dairy cow and churn to make milk into dairy products like butter, cream, or cheese.
• In the marketplace are many thieving spots, including three fish stalls and two fur stalls. There is also a Fremennik wandering around that can be pickpocketed. Beware that the stalls are heavily guarded by Rellekka's market guards. The village also contains pickable chests with loot such as runes and coins.
• Within Rellekka, it is possible to catch shrimp, sardines, herring, anchovies, mackerel, cod, tuna, lobster, bass, swordfish, and shark. While big net fishing, it is also possible to get seaweed (useful in Crafting), leather boots, leather gloves, and caskets. The fish trader in the marketplace will buy and sell raw fish, as well as fishing supplies such as bait.
• To the north-east of the longhall is a mining area containing seven coal, four clay, and three silver rocks though this spot is not recommended due to the lack of a nearby bank. However, there is a furnace and an anvil just on the other side of the village, in the south-west corner. By using the well and pottery features west of the marketplace, it is possible to craft any clay item within Rellekka. If you build your house there, you can also craft tele-tablets here. It is also possible to craft glass without ever leaving the area, as there are seaweed spawns, a sandpit, and a furnace within the village.
• Flax grows just south of the village. The spinning wheel in Rellekka allows players to make bowstring without leaving the area.
• The Rellekka Rooftop Course can be accessed with level 80 Agility, rewarding 780 experience for each successful lap (increased to 920 after completing the Fremennik Hard Diary). Perfect runs can net up to 55,000 experience per hour, 65,000 per hour with diary completion. With level 85 Agility players will stop failing the course, meaning the Rellekka course offers greater experience per hour than the Prifddinas course until around level 89.
• The nearby Rellekka Hunter area hosts a large variety of creatures to capture and is one of the largest hunter spots. In Rellekka, there is a fur merchant who will buy all hunter fur. There also seems to be a large amount of implings in the area, particularly on the path to the south of the village.

Players can dock at Rellekka with level 62 Sailing, provided they have also completed The Fremmenik Trials. The largest dock in the centre of the village offers the following utilities for sailors, though many are unusable until the quest is completed:

• Lokar Searunner, a pirate who will take players to the Pirates' Cove if they have a Seal of Passage.
• Longhall bouncer, who protects the backstage entrance to the longhall stage.
• Manni the Reveller, a warrior who spends most of his time drinking in the longhall. He is said to be unbeatable in a drinking contest.
• Maria Gunnars, who will ferry players to Neitiznot. She is Mord Gunnars' wife.
• Mord Gunnars, who will take players to Jatizso. He is Maria Gunnars' husband
• Olaf the Bard, a loyal bard of the Fremenniks who knows the secret of the Fremennik lyre.
• Olaf Hradson, a Fremennik who wants (but has failed) to be a treasure hunter
• Ospak, a non-sober audience member in the longhall.
• Peer the Seer, a seer who can see the future and can also help you make Skeletal armour. After completion of the Easy Fremennik Diary he acts as a bank deposit box.
• Sailor, an unnamed man who will take you to Miscellania and Etceteria.
• Sassilik, a disapproving councilmember.
• Sigli the Huntsman, A hunter who seeks to slay The Draugen. He can help you make Spined armour.
• Sigmund the Merchant, who sells his wares in the marketplace.
• Skulgrimen, a warrior who sells Fremennik helmets and warhammers. He can also help you make rock-shell armour.
• Styrmir, an audience member who criticizes players who play the lyre.
• Swensen the Navigator, The Fremennik's greatest navigator. His name consists entirely of compass points.
• Torbrund, who sits in the longhall audience.
• Thora the Barkeep, the barmaid of the longhall who once travelled the world and invented exotic drinks.
• Volf Olafson, a young boy who awaits his father, Olaf Hradson's, return.
• Yrsa, who sells a large variety of clothing and will also change your default boots.

• Beer - A glass of beer respawns in the longhall.
• Tankard - An empty mug respawns near the beer in the longhall.
• Keg of beer - This item cannot be picked up, as Manni will yell at you when you try.
• Bucket of milk - Respawns in a small hut on the eastern side of the village.
• Iron pickaxe - Respawns on the beach, amongst the rock crabs and hobgoblins.
• Bronze axe - Respawns on the beach, amongst the rock crabs and hobgoblins.
• Bones - Respawn on the beach, amongst the rock crabs.
• Knife - Respawns on the beach, amongst the rock crabs.
• Nature runes - Two sets of two runes respawn near the beach on a small island. They can only be obtained through the use of the Telekinetic Grab spell.
• Sapphire - A cut sapphire respawns near the nature runes on another small island. Like the nature runes, this can only be obtained by using Telegrab.
