Jarvald is a Fremennik sailor who sails players between Rellekka and Waterbirth Island. If the player has not completed The Fremennik Trials quest, they must pay 1,000 coins per trip; after the quest, Jarvald will transport players for free.
During The Fremennik Exiles, Jarvald will reluctantly transport you even while you're exiled.
