Attack

Combat · F2P + Members

Waterfall Quest can skip much of the slow opening melee grind on eligible accounts.

Strength

Combat · F2P + Members

Most accounts benefit from keeping Strength ahead of Attack and Defence during early melee training.

Defence

Combat · F2P + Members

Defence levels unlock gear; they do not increase your damage, so balance them around your goals.

Hitpoints

Combat · F2P + Members

Do not grind Hitpoints by itself unless you have a specialised account-build reason.

Ranged

Combat · F2P + Members

Ava’s devices are cornerstone unlocks because they recover ammunition and improve the whole grind.

Prayer

Combat · F2P + Members

Protection prayers at level 43 transform questing and PvM; make that your first major target.

Magic

Combat · F2P + Members

Magic levels are travel upgrades. Early teleports often save more time than the training costs.

Cooking

Artisan · F2P + Members

The Hosidius range and cooking gauntlets can change which food becomes sensible at a given level.

Woodcutting

Gathering · F2P + Members

A better axe is the cleanest upgrade; you can often use one before you can equip it.

Fletching

Artisan · Members

Many fletching actions fit between laps, quests, and travel, turning dead time into XP.

Fishing

Gathering · F2P + Members

Barbarian Fishing can add small amounts of Strength and Agility XP alongside Fishing.

Firemaking

Artisan · F2P + Members

Wintertodt damage scales with Hitpoints, so some accounts prefer doing it early.

Crafting

Artisan · F2P + Members

Set milestone targets around jewellery, quest, and cape teleports rather than arbitrary round levels.

Smithing

Artisan · F2P + Members

The Knight’s Sword is one of the strongest early skilling quest rewards in the game.

Mining

Gathering · F2P + Members

Shooting Stars are ideal when you want a long, social, low-attention session.

Herblore

Artisan · Members

Herb runs turn Herblore from a pure expense into a recurring account routine.

Agility

Support · Members

Higher Agility improves run-energy restoration even when you are not actively training it.

Thieving

Support · Members

Dodgy necklaces and the Shadow Veil spell materially improve many pickpocket routes.

Slayer

Combat · Members

Do not spend early points impulsively—task storage, blocks, extensions, and the Slayer helm compete for them.

Farming

Gathering · Members

A five-minute herb run repeated consistently is more valuable than a perfect route you never do.

Runecraft

Artisan · F2P + Members

Guardians of the Rift turns early Runecraft into reward and outfit progression instead of endless pure essence trips.

Hunter

Gathering · Members

Birdhouse runs stack neatly with herb runs and quietly carry the awkward early levels.

Construction

Support · Members

A thoughtfully upgraded house saves time across nearly every other skill.

Sailing

Support · Members

Sea charting gives one-off regional bonuses, so clear nearby chart points as your boat range expands.
