Port Tyras is a port west of the Tyras Camp. Port Tyras was likely built as part of King Tyras' expedition into the forests of Isafdar, though it has no buildings and the only notable feature is a pier with a charter ship docked at it, and several Tyras guards positioned there.

Players can dock a boat here with 66 Sailing and completion of the quest Regicide. An adamant keel is also required to handle the crystal-flecked waters surrounding the port.

Transportation

There are a few ways to get to Port Tyras. All ways require Regicide to be completed.

Using a charter ship
Using fairy ring code BJS, treading on stepping stones (requiring 76 Agility), and walking north.
Using the Zul-andra teleport scroll, then walking west and north.
Using a teleport crystal to Lletya and trekking through Isafdar.
Sailing there with a player-owned boat. Requires 66 Sailing and an adamant keel installed on either a skiff or sloop to navigate the crystal-flecked waters to moor there.

Charter ship

Regicide must be completed before chartering to Port Tyras. Players who reach the port during the quest can still charter out of it, however full completion is needed to travel back to it.

The charter ships have a dock in the harbour in Port Tyras. It provides rides to several other locations. This is the fastest way to get to Tyras Camp other than walking through the dangerous elven forest. Some players may also find this helpful in getting to Lletya if they have lost their teleport crystal and do not want to go through the Underground pass or Arandar gate.

After completing Cabin Fever, the charter ship fare is reduced by 50%. Wearing the Ring of Charos(a) also reduces the fare by 50%. These two bonuses can be stacked to reduce the cost to 25%.
