Corsair Cove is a small port town located on the southern shore of Feldip Hills. It is isolated from the rest of the area by large impassable cliffs. Unlike most of the western part of the world map, the cove is accessible to free-to-play players, after starting The Corsair Curse quest.
Transportation
Players can be automatically ferried to the Cove by speaking to various NPC's. If The Corsair Curse is not started, players can speak with Captain Tock north of Port Sarim. Once started, players can speak to Captain Tock on the western end of Rimmington. Players can speak to Cabin Boy Colin in this same location after completing the quest. (To return to Rimmington, speak to Captain Tock during the quest, or Cabin Boy Colin post-quest aboard the ship at Corsair Cove.)
With The Corsair Curse completed, players with 40 Sailing can dock at the cove.
Other transport options which bring players into or close to Corsair Cove listed with their arrival destination, from closest to farthest:
Charter ships — main docks.
Teleport to Boat — Corsair Cove
mooring point once a player-owned boat with a greater teleport focus is docked there (with 40 Sailing and The Corsair Curse completed)
Spirit trees — Feldip Hills, south-west of the town.
Mythical cape — Myths' Guild, west of the town. From the basement
With 10 Agility, players can access Corsair Cove via the Feldip Hills by climbing the rocks south of the Feldip Hunter area. Players can also climb the rocks near the resource area with 30 Agility, after completion of Dragon Slayer I and having spoken to Haris.
History
The following lore is sourced from dialogue with Arsen the Thief, The Corsair Curse, dialogue with Madame Caldarium, and dialogue with Chief Tess.
It is unknown when Corsair Cove was formed, but it was likely first settled by Captain Tock and his crew. Because settling in the area meant that a navigator was no longer needed, the navigator of Tock's crew attempted to poison them, in order to convince them they were cursed. With an adventurer's help, Ithoi's plot was revealed and he was killed, ending the "curse".
West of the cove, a group of ogresses living underground plan to get rid of the Corsairs and expand to the surface, while Madame Caldarium plans to expand her spa business.
Locations
Corsair Cove docks
The Corsair Cove docks feature a shipwright, making them a convenient place for players to recover their boats to if they need to reach the Shrouded or Unquiet Oceans.
Additionally, the charter ships have a dock in Corsair Cove, providing rides across Gielinor. Completion of Cabin Fever will reduce fares by 50%, as will wearing the Ring of Charos(a). The two reductions in price stack together.

Skill training spots
There are three net/bait fishing spots south-west of the town. However, the major skill-training opportunities are found in the resource area, and the cove's dungeon.
- Immediately west of the main area is a hole leading into the Corsair Cove Dungeon. The dungeon is a useful location for both members and free players to fight level 82 ogress warriors and ogress shamans, which are notable for their rune full helm, limpwurt root, and shaman mask drops. North-west of the underground dungeon is a mining site with 5 coal, 2 mithril and 1 adamantite rocks, as well as an exit to the resource area.
- North-west of the port is the Corsair Cove Resource Area, which is only accessible by speaking to Haris after completion of Dragon Slayer I. The area features 3 yew trees, 4 maple trees, and 3 cage/harpoon Fishing spots. Using the resource area's fishing spot in conjunction with the deposit box outside the Corsair Cove bank can yield slightly faster trips (around 6 seconds there and back) over running from Karamja's lobster/swordfish spots to the boat then to Port Sarim deposit box. It will however drain more run energy due to there being no loading time while on the boat, but you will save on gold and have another inventory slot for fishing.

Monsters
Oo'glog

The town of Corsair Cove was designed as a precursor to Oo'glog, an ogre city first introduced to RuneScape 2 on 29 January 2008.[2] In Corsair Cove, Madame Caldarium can be found next to a rock tub, mirroring the appearance of Oo'glog's spas. Furthermore, her daughter is Balnea from RuneScape 3, whom players meet during the quest As a First Resort.[3]
When spoken to, Madame Caldarium will reveal that she is planning to start a spa business in the Corsair Cove with the ogresses in the Corsair Cove Dungeon.
