Chief Tess is the chieftain of the Corsair Cove Dungeon. She plays a role in The Corsair Curse quest, during which a pirate steals an artefact from her, later revealed to be only her toothpick.
When spoken to, she will reveal that she is planning to expand her settlement to the surface.

- Chief Tess' name is a play on the word "chieftess", literally meaning a female chief.
- Chief Tess' dialogue about expanding her settlement to the surface is a reference to her presence in RuneScape 3, where she is the leader of the village of Oo'glog, located in roughly the same area as Old School RuneScape's Corsair Cove.
