Cairn Isle is an island on the south-west of Karamja, south of Tai Bwo Wannai and west of Shilo Village. To access the island, players must scale a small promontory stood on the Karamjan coastline by climbing up a rockslide (requires 15 Agility), and then walk across the wooden bridge linking up the two islands. In case the player stumbles while climbing the rockslide, they will slide back down and take damage. If the player fails to keep their balance while crossing the bridge, they will fall off and be washed back to the shoreline of Karamja, again taking damage.
The isle is involved in both Tai Bwo Wannai Trio and Shilo Village quests. One of Timfraku's sons, Tinsay, resides in Cairn Isle before the player convinces him back to the village in Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest. Rashiliyia's son Bervirius is also buried on the isle in the Tomb of Bervirius, accessible by climbing down the well stacked rocks on the isle.

Success chance
The chance of successfully crossing the bridge to Cairn Isle is dependent on the player's Agility level, scaling up to a 98% chance at a safe passage at level 99.[1]
Whether the player walks or runs across the bridges does not influence this skill check. Successfully crossing the bridge displays the message You manage to keep your balance on the bridge.
