Island of Stone

The Island of Stone is an island in the Northern Ocean, accessible for the first time during The Fremennik Exiles. Here, the legendary warrior V imprisoned The Jormungand, where it remains to this day. It can be reached by boarding Haskell's boat directly north of Yrsa's Accoutrements.

After completion of The Fremennik Exiles, Jormungand's Prison can be accessed to find dagannoth, basilisk, and basilisk knights. The island itself is additionally involved in an elite coordinate clue.

Players can only use a cannon in the rooms with dagannoth. When attempting to set up a cannon elsewhere, the game will say, "The ground is too soft for you to set up a cannon here."

First use one of these methods to reach Rellekka, then talk to Haskell on the westernmost dock:

• Teleport to the Rellekka marketplace using the Fremennik sea boots, which can be acquired through the Fremennik Diary.
• Use an enchanted lyre obtained during The Fremennik Trials. After completion of the hard Fremennik Diary it is faster to teleport to Waterbirth Island then take the nearby ship back to Rellekka than to teleport to Rellekka.
• House teleport to Rellekka.
• Travelling to Miscellania via fairy ring code CIP and running south-east to the docks, where the Sailor can take players back to Rellekka.
• The Lunar spells Waterbirth Teleport, or Tele Group Waterbirth, which require 72 and 73 Magic respectively, place the player next to Jarvald, who can take players back to Rellekka.
• The Lunar spell Moonclan Teleport or a Lunar isle teleport, and using the Return Orb (with the elite Fremennik Diary completed) or talking to an NPC without holding a Seal of Passage (without the elite diary) to get sent to Rellekka.
