An uncut diamond is a precious gem used in Crafting. It can be cut with a chisel to make a diamond, requiring 43 Crafting and yielding 107.5 experience.

Uncut diamonds can be obtained in several ways: randomly while mining ores, as drops from monsters (mainly those which have access to the rare drop table), several Thieving options, or as a reward from certain minigames and random events. They are also a common reward from Managing Miscellania. A few gem shops have them listed but have a base stock of zero. Only the gem store in Mor Ul Rek stocks them but it requires a fire cape to access and costs tokkuls.

With level 40 Mining and the quest Shilo Village completed, players can mine the gem rocks in Shilo Village. Gem rocks may also appear while playing the Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup activity, where players can mine them 3 times. Another method to get uncut diamonds is by cracking wall safes in the Rogues' Den, but this requires level 50 Thieving.

An uncut diamond is a reward from the Troll Romance quest and is dropped by the Slagilith during One Small Favour.
