Paladins are found in East Ardougne, wandering near the castle and market. Upon completion of the Song of the Elves, Paladins will patrol the streets of West Ardougne as well. They are part of Ardougne's Holy Order of Paladins, and wear the symbol of Saradomin. Three unique Paladin variants – Sir Carl, Sir Harry, and Sir Jerro – are found in the Underground Pass, all of whom must be killed during the quest in order to obtain their badges.

Players can pickpocket Paladins at level 70 Thieving to gain 131.8 experience, 80 coins and 2 chaos runes.

Trivia

  • The 1/128 blood rune drop has a check to make sure the player is on a members world when the Paladin dies. It is not possible to kill a Paladin on a free-to-play world, but if it were, they would drop 8 coins instead of a blood rune.[2]
