The golem is encountered during the Desert Treasure II quest, in the easternmost excavation site at the Digsite. It requires solving a puzzle to unlock. Once unlocked, it offers information on various subjects when given a prompt.
The golem can also be interacted with once the quest is completed.

Trivia
- The puzzle encountered is similar to that of Star Battle/Queens puzzles.
- During the quest, if the player looks up the term "Azzanadra", Dr Banikan will react with surprise. Dr Banikan is revealed to be Azzanadra in disguise at the end of the quest.
- During the quest, if the player attempts to enter the search term "Frostenhorn" before Dr Banikan does, it will tell them that access to the data is denied. This suggests that Azzanadra possessed the means to override the golem's data protection protocols.
