The Uzer Oasis is a small settlement found directly south of the ruins of the Ruins of Uzer. The oasis contains three homes and the Uzer Mastaba, a ruined mastaba on a hill to the south.

Little history is known about the area, although it likely shares some history with the nearby ruins. Various rockslides, tropical trees, and oasis trees surround the oasis at the centre of the settlement. Various crates dot the area, but do not contain any items.

• Necklace of passage to the Eagle's Eyrie — north-west of the oasis.
• Fairy ring DLQ — just west of the oasis, near the desert lizards.
• Nardah teleport — Nardah, south of the oasis.
• Desert amulets — Temple of Elidinis in Nardah.
• Pharaoh's sceptre — Jaleustrophos (Simon Templeton's camp), decent south of the oasis.
• Construction cape — Pollnivneach house portal, far west of the oasis.

The area is notable for containing three teak trees, two mahogany trees, and four clay rocks. Four buildings also exist in the oasis:

• Ali the Tea Seller's house, a large three-story villa.
• Morgiana's house, a two-story house containing a range.
  • After completing A Ruff Situation, the rescue spot for Chihuahua can be found on the hill due north of Morgiana's house.
• Cassim's house, a single-story home with a well out front.
• The Uzer Mastaba, a large tomb to the south.

Despite the lack of "content" in the area, is possible that a future quest will take place in the oasis, possibly related to Sailing. This is evidenced by the inaccessible trapdoor in Cassim's house, the unused dock to the east that opens into the currently-inaccessible Uzer Channel, and dialogue with Ali the Tea Seller hinting at a quest that can't be started.

• Ali the Tea Seller, a contradictory man who players cannot buy tea from.
• Cassim, a Zamorakian mage who imports wine.

• In the area, the music will shuffle between Arabian 3, Desert Voyage, The Desert, Egypt, Scarab, Sphinx and Sunburn. In the Mastaba, players unlock The Plundered Tomb.

• There is a cooking pot over a fire behind Ali the Tea Seller's house, but it can't be used for Cooking. Trying to use raw food or a tinderbox on it will give a message saying "the fire already appears to be in use".
