The Uzer Mastaba is a flat-topped structure located just south of the Uzer Oasis. It is visited as part of The Curse of Arrav, where Elias White informs the player that it is the tomb of the Pharaoh Queen, who reigned during the Kharidian–Zarosian War. Access requires starting The Curse of Arrav, with the lower level containing small scarabs requiring partial completion.

Multiple skeletons can be found throughout the mastaba, which can be searched for various items. Next to one of the skeletons is a crate with the examine text Labelled to be shipped to Ali Morrisane Commercial Enterprises., implying that they were sent by Ali Morrisane to loot the mastaba. These skeletons can be searched during and after the quest, giving items such as dust, damaged armour, empty waterskins, and vases.

The dwarf multicannon cannot be set up inside the mastaba. Attempting to do so will display the message An ancient magical force won't let you set up a cannon here.

• Use the fairy ring system to teleport to DLQ and run east.
• Teleport to Nardah using a Nardah teleport, desert amulet 2, 3 or 4 and run north-east.
• From Shantay Pass, take a magic carpet to the Ruins of Uzer, then run south.
• Teleport to the Ancient Vault using the Ring of shadows and run north.
