A super restore is a potion that restores all player stats that have been lowered, including Prayer, but not Hitpoints. Players with level 63 Herblore can make a super restore potion by using a red spiders' eggs on a snapdragon potion (unf), giving 142.5 experience. Super restores can further be made into Sanfew serums by adding (in order) unicorn horn dust, snake weed, and nail beast nails into a super restore potion.

The restore value obtained per dose is 8 + 25% of the player's base level (rounded down) in each of the affected skills. For example, a player with 84 Thieving and 63 Smithing would restore both 29 points of Thieving and 23 points of Smithing for each dose consumed. The maximum amount of points that can be restored with this potion is 32 at level 96. This means that a super restore potion will restore 1 more Prayer point per dose than a prayer potion.

If a Prayer cape or ring of the gods (i) is equipped, or a holy wrench is in the player's inventory, the prayer restore increases to 8 + 27% of the player's current Prayer level, rounded down. This does not affect the rate of restoration of stats other than Prayer.

Two 3-dose super restores can be obtained by starting the Zogre Flesh Eaters quest.

After Barbarian Herblore Training is completed, caviar can be added to a super restore(2) to produce a super restore mix. This requires 67 Herblore and provides 48 Herblore experience. A super restore mix has 2 doses, each of which heals 6 Hitpoints in addition to the super restore recovery.
