Rasolo is a wandering merchant found west of the Fishing Guild and south of the Baxtorian Falls. He sells items that can otherwise be found in various locations, but at twice their normal price. He will also buy any tradeable items, just like a general store, but at heavily reduced prices.
He plays a role in Desert Treasure I, providing players with a ring of visibility in exchange for the return of his gilded cross from the Kharidian Bandit Camp. The ring enables the wearer to see certain ghosts that are otherwise invisible. This ring is also required for the Curse of the Empty Lord and The General's Shadow miniquests. If lost, the ring can be reclaimed by talking to him and selecting the "I lost that ring you gave me..." option.
It is not recommended to sell any items to Rasolo for profit, due to the incredibly low buying price he maintains. Even when fly fishing nearby, it is generally not worth walking back and forth to sell the fish.
