Kwuarm is a medium level herb requiring 54 Herblore to clean. It can be grown from kwuarm seeds at a herb patch at level 56 Farming and is used in the making of weapon poison and the super strength potion. To create a potion, you need to add the cleaned herb to a vial of water to create a kwuarm potion (unf), and then add the secondary ingredient.

According to the book Gielinor's flora - herbs, the herb was originally native to Kourend, with the name being given to it by dwarves, meaning warm death. The name is due to the plant's poisonous sap which is said to cause a burning fever when ingested. Since its discovery, it has often been used as a main ingredient in poison for various pests.

Kwuarm can be used in the Ratcatchers quest to create Rat poison.

Zahur is able to clean grimy herbs for players for a fee of 200 coins each, regardless of the player's Herblore level.
