Frost naguas are Slayer monsters that require level 48 Slayer to kill. They are found in the Ruins of Tapoyauik, accessed from the Twilight Temple, after completion of the The Heart of Darkness quest.

As with their sulphurous and earthen counterparts, Frost Nagua have -4 flat armour, so all successful hits will do an extra 4 damage to them.

Protect from Magic will negate all damage from their basic attacks. Following 6-7 basic attacks after spawning, the Frost Nagua will mark the ground under the player's feet with icicles, which will erupt after a short period, draining some of the player's prayer. This can be dodged by stepping onto another tile. This attack pattern then repeats.
