Celastrus bark is a type of wood harvested from a celastrus tree. The bark can be fletched into a battlestaff using a knife with level 40 Fletching, granting 80 Fletching experience.
One celastrus tree produces a minimum of 3 bark, where each harvest has a chance of using up one of the "lives" of the celastrus patch, much like harvesting herb patches. Similar to other variable-yield patches, the yield of celastrus bark can be increased by using magic secateurs,[1] supercompost, ultracompost, attas seed,[2] and having higher Farming levels. Nature offerings do not increase the yield of celastrus bark, however.
Celastrus bark can also be used for tick manipulation training on a 4-tick cycle to receive greatly improved experience rates. An expanded explanation on tick manipulation and celastrus bark's use case can be found on that page.
