Cam Torum is an underground city beneath Ralos' Rise, accessible after killing the sulphur nagua and then talking to Attala in the Perilous Moons quest. During and after the quest, players help subdue the Moons of Peril that are imprisoned under the city in Neypotzli. Attempting to enter the Cam Torum without having the quest's requirements will result in Attala turning the player away.
The city was founded by Imcando dwarves[1] descended from Lovakengj[2] refugees who fled Xeric's rule during the Age of Strife.[3][4] Though part of Varlamore geographically, Cam Torum appears to be equivalent to an independent city-state, being governed by Highlord Katlo rather than Queen Zyanyi Arkan. Additionally, they do not appear to refer to themselves as of the Imcando, but rather as the "Dwarves of Cam Torum".[5][6][7]
Despite having an alliance with Civitas illa Fortis, the dwarves prefer to keep to themselves and are not particularly fond of humans, who they perceive as dangerous, arrogant, and short-sighted.[8] As such, authorising humans to enter the city is often an exasperating task[9][10]. Only three dwarves are allowed to authorise humans into the city; Highlord Katlo, Attala, and Highseer Vandra. Vandra's former assistant, Teumo, was also able to allow humans into the city, but he was revoked of this privilege after abusing his authority to allow the Twilight Emissaries into Neypotzli.
The city had at some point maintained contact with the dwarves of Lovakengj until some centuries ago,[11] presumably during the War of the Five Houses. It is not known whether they had remained in contact with their brethren in Camdozaal, but they appear to be aware of their demise in the Runecrafting Crusades.[12] As such, Cam Torum is the last city on Gielinor with a major population of Imcando-descendants.
Players cannot home teleport or mini-game teleport from Cam Torum.
Transportation

The player must first travel to Civitas illa Fortis via Regulus Cento after completing Children of the Sun before other transportation methods become usable.
- Teleporting with a calcified moth. Requires partial completion of Perilous Moons.
- Taking the Quetzal Transport System to the entrance of Cam Torum, then running north. Requires having built the landing site there.
- Taking the Quetzal Transport System to the Teomat, and then running around the west side of the mountain.
- Players with level 47 Agility may run south-east to the Agility shortcut, then crossing the bridge west to the city entrance.
- Use the Ralos' Rise teleport on the Pendant of Ates, then running north-west going around the west side of the mountain.
- Players with level 47 Agility may use the nearby Agility shortcut, then crossing the bridge west to the city entrance.
Features
Cam Torum mine
The Cam Torum mine contains a variety of ore rocks, notably having a formation of iron rocks suitable for power-mining. Uniquely, the mine contains calcified rocks, which yield blessed bone shards and calcified deposits.
Neypotzli
Neypotzli is home to the imprisoned Moons of Peril, and is accessed from the northern end of the city. The quest Perilous Moons heavily revolves around it, and serves as an introduction to the city and the prison itself.
Guarded house
In the north-east corner of the city, there is a house manned by two guards. When attempting to enter the house the player will be stopped by a guard. They will explain that the player cannot enter, piquing the player's curiosity. The player will guess that a "really large anvil" is being kept secret in the house which prompts the guard to issue a final warning. The player is given options to either leave, or ask if they are hiding a dwarf with a really long beard. Should the player ask about the long-bearded dwarf they will receive 10% current health damage. The guard will then ask the player to ask them again, resulting in a loop unless the player clicks away or selects the "Okay, okay! I'm leaving." option.
The house in the north-west functioned similarly until an update turned it into the Highlord's Chamber.
Amenities
A bank is found of the north-east of the market.
A forge is found north of the bank, as well as an anvil in the same building.
Sonalo, a hairdresser, can change the player's hairstyle.
The city's pub, the Lost Pickaxe, is found west of the forge. Here players can purchase the steamforge brew and sun-shine.
