Attala is an Imcando dwarf from Cam Torum. An advisor to Highlord Katlo, she is an influential figure in the city, having the authority to determine whether a human is permitted to enter the city.
She is initially found by the entrance to Cam Torum, where players talk to her (or Zuma) to begin the Perilous Moons quest.
Alternatively, she is found just inside the entrance to Cam Torum, at the south side of the market. After talking to Attala once she will move to her house just east of the bank.
