Teumo is a Dwarf of Cam Torum, serving as advisor to Highseer Vandra. As one of four individuals who have the authority to grant human access to the city, he helps the Twilight Emissaries cult during The Final Dawn by helping them get around the restrictions placed on a set of doors within the Crypt of Tonali, granting them unauthorised access to seek out an Old One keystone within Neypotzli on his behalf.
Though he was paid an unknown sum of money as a bribe to grant the cultists access to the city, his true desire was to see the cultists be proven wrong in their beliefs regarding Mokhaiotl.[1] After his appearance at the Crypt of Tonali in which he successfully opens the crypt doors, he attempted to flee but was later captured by Varlamorian authorities. In exchange for Teumo's extradition to Cam Torum, Highlord Katlo and Queen Zyanyi agreed on a new mineral trade deal.[2]
