The Teomat is a monastery found on the summit of Ralos' Rise. Considered to be the centre of the Losanium religion in Varlamore[1], the Teomat was built on Ralos' Rise due to it being a holy site, as it is said that the mountain was where Ralos made his first and only appearance.[2]
Though home to both the Church of Ralos and the Sect of Ranul,[3] it is of more significance to the former than the latter.[4] Despite this, the Sect of Ranul maintains a library at the Teomat, which includes various forbidden materials, such as topics on the Final Dawn.[5]
South of the Teomat is a step pyramid with an exposed altar, a place where players can bless bones and jugs of wine for Prayer training at the libation bowl. There is also a building immediately to the west of the Teomat, containing a range and a water source, as well as a bed on the second floor.
Transportation
Getting to the Teomat efficiently is useful while training Prayer.
- The Quetzal Transport System to The Teomat is close to the libation bowl if the player has a quick means of getting to a quetzal, for example:
- Ring of dueling to Fortis Colosseum and run west (this is near a bank; ring can be equipped to save 1 inventory space; this requires Hero status in the Colosseum)
- Hunter cape to Hunter Guild and run east to the quetzal (this is near a bank)
- Quetzal whistle
- Civitas illa Fortis Teleport and run north-east to the quetzal
- The east gate of Varrock
- The Pendant of Ates to Ralos' Rise is also close to the libation bowl, especially if first stopping at the exposed altar to bless wines (pendant can be equipped to save 1 inventory space).
