The exposed altar is an old altar of Ralos found at the step pyramid at the summit of Ralos' Rise, just south of the Teomat. Players with level 30 Prayer can come here to bless bones dropped by various monsters to break down into blessed bone shards, as well as bless jugs of wine into a jug of blessed wine, or from a jug of sunfire wine to a jug of blessed sunfire wine.
As blessed wine is not bankable, players should only bless as many wines are necessary to avoid wastage, as Virilis will only un-note bones (for 10 gp each), not wine.
