A superantipoison is a potion made by using unicorn horn dust on an irit potion (unf), requiring 48 Herblore, yielding a superantipoison(3) and 106.3 Herblore experience. A dose of superantipoison cures poison and provides poison immunity for 6 minutes. Drinking two doses of superantipoison will cure venom. The first dose will reduce the venom to poison and the second will remove the poison.
A superantipoison(1) can be found in the southern most collapsed building north-east of the Observatory, near the entrance to the Observatory Dungeon with a respawn time of 55 seconds.
Creating a superantipoison from scratch in the Seers' Village/Catherby area is a requirement for the medium Kandarin Diary.
After Barbarian Herblore Training is completed, caviar can be added to a superantipoison(2) to produce an anti-poison supermix. This requires 51 Herblore and provides 35 Herblore experience. An anti-poison supermix has 2 doses, each of which heals 6 Hitpoints in addition to the normal superantipoison immunity.
