A ring of returning is a jade ring enchanted via the Lvl-2 Enchant spell. When rubbed, the player will be teleported to their current respawn point. The ring will provide five charges before degrading to dust.
When teleporting using the ring, the message You rub the ring... will be displayed, followed by a message with the number of charges remaining, ex. Your ring of returning has three uses left. If using the last charge on the ring, the message Your ring of returning crumbles away. will be displayed instead.
The ring will not work past 20 Wilderness.
The ring of returning is one of the few pieces of teleportation jewellery excluded from jewellery boxes, so players must retain a ring if they wish to utilise its features.
