Orks are stocky, green-skinned humanoids. They have small tusks protruding from their jaws, and prefer to wield large axes and/or maces. They can be found in the God Wars Dungeon, in the army of Bandos.
Protect from Melee is advised if fighting them as they can hit up to 12 melee damage. While they are normally tolerant of players who wear Bandosian-affiliated items, if any player damages an ork who is either killed by that player or another monster, all nearby orks will become aggressive towards that player.

- According to a code comment left in the game's source files, the unusual aggression mechanic shared by orks is intended to have the creatures "simulate a warband".[1]
