The blessed axe is an axe made by Turael by giving him a mithril axe and a holy symbol, which requires completing the Animal Magnetism quest up until the point Ava suggests talking to him. Talking to Turael after this step will then make it. It is used to chop undead twigs from the undead trees within the vicinity of Draynor Manor. Turael will make additional blessed axes if the required materials are brought to him again in Burthorpe.

As the axe possesses a silver blade, it can damage vampyres.

The blessed axe does not retain the functionality of the mithril axe used to create it; it cannot be used to chop anything but undead trees. It does not require an Attack level to wield. The only statistical difference is the blessed axe has a +2 Prayer bonus the mithril axe does not.

Despite being made with a holy symbol, the blessed axe does not count as a Saradomin item for God Wars Dungeon when equipped.
