The unicorn bone is a bone dropped by unicorns and black unicorns that is on the Odd Old Man's wish-list during the Rag and Bone Man Iquest. It must be put in a pot of vinegar, making a bone in vinegar, which then must be boiled on the pot-boiler to produce a polished unicorn bone. The polished bone can then be handed in to the Odd Old Man.
Despite being unicorns, Unicorn Foals, Black unicorn Foals, and Starlight do not drop the unicorn bone. After the quest is complete, it is no longer possible to obtain this item.
