The Salve amulet(ei) is the enchanted and imbued form of the salve amulet, granting a 20% increase in the wearer's accuracy and damage for melee, ranged, and magic when fighting undead monsters.

The salve amulet's bonuses against the undead do not stack with the black mask and slayer helmet's on-task bonuses; wearing both will only apply the bonuses of the salve amulet (ei). The salve amulet also does not have an effect on the dwarf multicannon's accuracy.^[1] However, the bonuses of Void Knight equipment do stack with the salve amulet. Additionally, the amulet's effects apply to all targets when using multi-hitting melee weapons in a multicombat area, such as the Scythe of Vitur and the special attack of the dragon 2h sword, but not for multi-hitting magic and ranged attacks (ex. chinchompas and burst spells).

As the amulet is untradeable and does not break, it will always be kept on PvP death in the Wilderness.
