Rotten tomato

Rotten tomatoes are inedible items obtained by filling a compost bin entirely with tomatoes and letting them rot, or by purchasing them from one of the several Pelters' Veg Stalls found in various cities. They can be thrown at players stuck in a pillory or anywhere snowballs can be thrown.^{[confirmation needed]}

One is used in Recipe for Disaster, and another is required for Mourning's End Part II if choosing to bring Thorgel all of the items on the item list.

Rotten tomatoes can only be created in compost bins containing tomatoes and no other compostable items. Adding other compostable items to a bin containing tomatoes provides an option to convert it to create regular compost instead.

• Prior to the Duel Arena's removal, when attempting to throw a rotten tomato at another player outside of the arena or a pillory, a chatbox message would say: I'm not going to throw fruit at that player, they might hit me!
• When collecting rotten tomatoes from a compost bin with a full inventory, a chatbox message will say: You don't have space to hold a rotten tomato, squishy though it may be.
• When attempting to throw a rotten tomato at another player in a PvP area, a chatbox message will say: This doesn't seem a very suitable place for messing around with that.
