Ripped mourner trousers are an item received during the Mourning's End Part I quest after ambushing a Mourner on the Arandar pass.
Players must take two silks and a bear fur to Oronwen in Lletya to have the trousers repaired. Using the trousers on Oronwen with the appropriate items will not repair them. You have to talk to her and ask her if she fixes clothes.
