Kelyn is a female citizen of Lletya. When spoken to, she will talk about the crystal spires of Prifddinas, and how she's never been there, yet a few of her friends have.

The player can only access Kelyn to pickpocket after starting Mourning's End Part I, requiring level 85 Thieving. A successful pickpocket yields coins or other items and 353.3 Thieving experience.

During the quest Song of the Elves, players craft the Ithell statue in Lletya, causing the knowledge of the previous Lady Ithell to distill itself into Kelyn, causing her to become Lady Kelyn Ithell. She will then assist the player in sealing the Underground Pass, along with the other clan leaders.

After the quest, she can be found on the south-west side of Prifddinas, as the new leader of the Ithell Clan.
