The Isle of Souls Dungeon is a small dungeon located on the eastern side of the Isle of Souls. It houses several types of monsters, all of which can be assigned as a Slayer task. The dungeon also contains a chest which can be thieved for several resources such as gems and grimy herbs, as well as a rare chance for a dark key.

A dwarf multicannon can be used in the dungeon, though it is not a multicombat area.

The dungeon can be reached by teleporting to fairy ring code BJP on the northern coast of the isle, then running south-east.

Otherwise, players can use a Minigame Teleport to Soul Wars and run north-east. A dose of stamina potion drunk at the bank in the Soul Wars lobby will expire on reaching the deepest part of the dungeon.

The dungeon features four main rooms, each containing a specific type of slayer monster. Several skeletons also wander throughout the dungeon. In counter-clockwise order from the entrance, the four rooms contain:

1. Four lesser and seven greater demons.
2. Eight fire giants.
3. Four blue dragons and three baby blue dragons. Six blue dragon scales also spawn.
4. Three iron dragons.

It is highly recommended to bring some kind of anti-fire protection when venturing deeper into this dungeon, due to the number of dragons that can be found around the useful resources.

The blue dragons can be safespotted by standing in the cove next to the adamantite rocks, but the iron dragons cannot be due to their long-range dragonfire attack.

The dungeon features three rocks that can be mined for ore: two adamantite rocks near the blue dragons, and a single runite rock near the iron dragons. Players may be attacked by an iron dragon while trying to mine runite ore if they draw its aggression while walking through the room.

In the hallway between the two dragon rooms is a locked chest which can be opened with level 28 Thieving. It rarely drops medium clues as well as dark keys, which are used to unlock the Dark Chest in the Crumbling Tower basement. It also commonly drops uncut gems and grimy herbs, so bringing a gem bag and herb sack is highly recommended when stealing from this chest, as there is no nearby bank.

Having a lockpick in the inventory increases the chance to pick open the chest by about 10%. Failure to pick the chest carries a 1/6 chance to be teleported outside of the entrance to the dungeon.
