The Explorer's ring 4 is a reward from completing the elite Lumbridge & Draynor Diary. It is received from Hatius Cosaintus in Lumbridge, and can be retrieved from him for free if lost. Multiple rings can be obtained for free.
The Check option will send a chatbox message with the amount of energy restores, teleports, and alchemy casts remaining for that day.

Benefits
- Cast Low Level Alchemy (requires Magic level 21) or High Level Alchemy (requires Magic level 55) without using any runes 30 times per day (however, does not grant any Magic XP for casting)
- Holding the ring while casting this spell from the spellbook will cause fire and nature runes to be consumed before charges.
- You can use items on the ring to alchemise them. By default this will trigger a warning which can be toggled in the settings.
- Unlimited teleports to the cabbage patch near Falador farm
- 100% run energy replenishment, 3 times per day
- When this is used, a message appears in the player's Chat Interface displaying the remaining charges.
Daily charges for run energy restoration and free alchemy spells will only replenish after logging out and back in.
A number of other benefits are always active upon claiming rewards from the elite tier of the Lumbridge and Draynor diary.

Trivia
- The ring is also called in-game as the "elite explorer ring"[sic], when a player selects the Alchemy option on an Explorer's ring 3 and attempts to select the yet to be unlocked High Alchemy spell: You need the elite explorer ring to do that.
- Attempting to use the ring's own Alchemy spell on it will fail, instead saying It feels wrong to use the ring's power on this item.
- Casting the spell normally with runes will still work, although it will yield no coins.
