The Edgeville furnace is a small building in Edgeville known for hosting the closest free-to-play furnace to a bank. Members can wear Varrock armour to gain a 10% chance of smelting two of their bars at once, with higher-tier Varrock armours allowing players to receive the effect for bars made of higher-level metals.

Lovakite and elemental bars must be crafted at their dedicated furnaces, and thus the armour's boost cannot be used. Additionally, lunar bars do not trigger the effect.
