A dirty blast is a drink used in the first subquest of Recipe for Disaster. It can be made during and after the quest by adding ashes to a fruit blast, requiring 10 Cooking. The pre-made fruit blast obtained from Blurberry Bar will NOT work to make it. Additionally, you cannot add the ashes until after the quest begins. Creating a dirty blast gives 5 Cooking experience.
It is needed along with a rotten tomato, an eye of newt, and a Greenman's ale for the Recipe for Disaster quest as part of a powerful food-magic (as explained by Aris) wherein the Lumbridge cook inadvertently frees the Culinaromancer.

Trivia
- When mixing a dirty blast, the player will say "This looks disgusting, but it's what the cook asked for."
- The dirty blast, despite having a drink option, cannot be drunk nor emptied and is useless after the quest. Attempting to drink it causes the player to say "No thanks, that looks DISGUSTING! I won't drink that!"
