Blurite ore is a quest item used in The Knight's Sword. It can be mined at level 10 Mining, and grants 17.5 Mining experience when mined. After being mined, a blurite ore rock takes approximately 25 seconds to respawn.
Rocks containing blurite are found only in the mine in the Asgarnian Ice Dungeon, located south of Port Sarim on the tip of the Asgarnian Peninsula and north of Mudskipper Point (Fairy ring AIQ). The Ice Caves are guarded by Ice warriors and Ice giants, both of which can hit up to 7. Although blurite ore is mineable by non-members, only members can smith it. Thus, it is worthless to non-members except for doing The Knight's Sword.
At level 13 Smithing, members can smelt blurite ore into a blurite bar for smithing into blurite bolts or blurite crossbow limbs (for the easy Falador diary task) for use in a blurite crossbow.

- This ore may be a play on words on "blue, right?", which is backed up by its examine text.
- In the quest Knight's Sword, Thurgo smiths the sword from iron bars and blurite ore instead of using any blurite bars, which is required for smithing other blurite equipment.
