Blisterwood stakes are a one-handed ranged weapon that becomes craftable during The Blood Moon Rises, after the player is recommended to do so by Sarei. They are made by using a knife on blisterwood logs, yielding five stakes per set of logs.

Blisterwood stakes can deal full damage to vampyres of all tiers and have an accuracy and damage bonus of 25% against them. Outside of that, they have comparable bonuses to an adamant knife, having the same ranged strength and a +1 bonus over them in ranged accuracy, while also having a longer attack range.

Despite being made of wood, blisterwood stakes benefit from the ammunition recovery benefits granted by Ava's devices.
