Wind Surge is an air-based surge spell in the standard spellbook, requiring level 81 Magic to cast. As an offensive combat spell it can only be cast on attackable NPCs, or other players in a PvP situation.

It is the strongest wind spell in the game, as well as the most cost-effective surge spell to cast.

Damage

Wind Surge has a base maximum hit of 21 which increases as the player unlocks additional surge spells, up to 24 at level 95 Magic.

As with all combat spells, Wind Surge's maximum hit is also increased based on the player's magic damage bonus.

As an air-based spell, Wind Surge's maximum hit is also increased against targets that are weak to air.
