Earth Surge is an earth-based surge spell in the standard spellbook, requiring level 90 Magic to cast. As an offensive combat spell it can only be cast on attackable NPCs, or other players in a PvP situation.

It is the strongest earth spell in the game.

Damage

Earth Surge has a base maximum hit of 23 which increases to 24 when the player unlocks Fire Surge at level 95 Magic.

As with all combat spells, Earth Surge's maximum hit is also increased based on the player's magic damage bonus.

As an earth-based spell, Earth Surge's maximum hit is also increased against targets that are weak to earth.
