Water Surge is a water-based surge spell in the standard spellbook, requiring level 85 Magic to cast. As an offensive combat spell it can only be cast on attackable NPCs, or other players in a PvP situation.

It is the strongest water spell in the game.

Damage

Water Surge has a base maximum hit of 22 which increases as the player unlocks additional surge spells, up to 24 at level 95 Magic.

As with all combat spells, Water Surge's maximum hit is also increased based on the player's magic damage bonus.
