Walkthrough
The vampyre threat

Speak to Morgan in Draynor Village; his house is just north of Ned's. He will ask for your help in putting a stop to the evil vampyre Count Draynor, residing in his manor to the north.
He wants you to start by talking to the retired vampyre hunter Dr Harlow for assistance, who frequents the Blue Moon Inn in Varrock.
If you don't already have garlic, you can search the cupboard upstairs to find some.
The retired vampyre slayer

The Blue Moon Inn is located south of the Varrock central town square. Dr Harlow will want a drink. Ask for his help dealing with a vampyre, and he will insist that the player give him a beer first.
If you didn't bring one, you may purchase a beer from the bartender for 2 coins.
Talk to him again with the beer and he will give you a stake, which he advises is the easiest way to stop a vampyre from regenerating. He also suggests you use a hammer to drive the stake in when the vampyre is weak. Finally, he advises that vampyres don't like garlic.
If you don't already have a hammer, you can buy one from the Varrock General Store to the north for 1 coin.
Count Draynor

Head to Draynor Manor north of Draynor Village, bringing your combat equipment and food, garlic, a hammer and the stake.
Once inside, go down the large stairs on the east side of the building. There are candles in this room that you can walk on, causing the player to exclaim, but these do not deal damage. There is a coffin in the centre of the room. Open it and the vampyre, Count Draynor, will pop up and attack you.
If you brought garlic, upon beginning melee combat, the Count will automatically take 10 damage at the start of the fight, and have his attack/strength reduced by 10 levels, and defence by 40. This effect lasts for 30 seconds.
It is possible to safespot him by running to the south-western corner between the staircase and the skeleton. Once the Count is next to you, step into the tile he is occupying. He should move into the tile you just left, but this may take a couple of tries. Once he is in the corner, move to the square diagonal to him so that you are standing in front of the skeleton. If using the safespot, it is recommended to use Magic as flinching with melee is slow and the Count regenerates health at roughly 6 times the rate of regular monsters.
Upon defeating Count Draynor, you will automatically stab him with the hammer and stake; if you didn't bring a hammer, You are unable to push the stake far enough in will appear in the chat, and you will be unable to kill him.
Note: It is possible to set up a Dwarf Multi Cannon in this area.
Note: If you take too long to kill Count Draynor, he returns to his coffin and heals to full health.
The quest is completed after defeating the count, and you can exit Draynor Manor through the exit in the eastern-most room or teleport.
Congratulations, quest complete!
