Touch paper is a quest item used only in Biohazard. It is obtained from the Chemist in Rimmington after Elena has given the player the testing materials.
It is given to Guidor in south-east Varrock, alongside plague sample, liquid honey, sulphuric broline, and ethenea.
Duplicates can be drop tricked by talking to the Chemist to obtain another. After talking to Guidor about the results of the test, all copies of touch paper in the player's bank and inventory are deleted.
