The River Hos is a river in Gielinor and runs through Hosidius. The river's mouth begins west of the mess, and splits into two once it reaches the Forthos Ruin.
Per Kharedst's memoirs The Fisher's Flute section, a song named Mist on the River Hos was written after it.

The river has several fishing spots along it. These are:
- North-west corner of Port Piscarilius
- East of the Hosidius Kitchen, by the patch of lancalliums
- Outside Watson's house
- West of the charcoal furnaces
Trivia
- The River Hos did not exist in the launch version of Zeah. It was added as part of the Great Kourend rework to make the continent look more natural.
