The ring of endurance is a potential reward from the Grand Hallowed Coffin on the final floor of the Hallowed Sepulchre and requires level 70 in the Agility skill to equip. The ring can be charged with stamina potions and stamina mixes, with each dose granting one charge, as well as extended stamina potions which grant two charges per dose. Storing a maximum of 1,000 charges, it costs 965,750 to fully charge using stamina potion(4) or 921,875 to fully charge using extended stamina potion(4). The ring counts as a Saradomin item within the Hallowed Sepulchre and the God Wars Dungeon.

The ring provides two effects when charged:

First, if the player consumes a dose of a stamina potion, extended stamina potion, or stamina mix with the ring equipped, then the effects of the potion are doubled along with its duration (a stamina potion will consume 1 charge and grant 40% run energy and a buff lasting 4 minutes instead of 20%/2 minutes, while an extended stamina potion will consume 2 charges and grant 80% run energy and a buff lasting 8 minutes instead of 40%/4 minutes). This effect is immediately halved if the ring is unequipped. (Note that despite the Stamina Boost option on the Agility cape providing the effect of a stamina potion it will not have its duration doubled, nor will it consume any charges.)

Second, if the ring has 500 charges or more, it will passively reduce the run energy drain rate by 15% without using any charges. The passive effect does not stack with the stamina potion effect on drain rate (which alone provides a 70% reduction).

All of the stamina charges will not be refunded upon uncharging the ring. Charges on the ring are not lost upon death.
