The Outlaw Camp is a small outlaw settlement north-west of Varrock and north of the Cooks' Guild. Found here are many tents and three types of trees: dead, normal, and oak. There is also an extinguished fire.
Transportation
The outlaw camp is just east of Edgeville, south of the bridge across the River Lum, the canoe system and a fairy ring.
Inhabitants
The area has quite a few trees, level 32 outlaws and Lucien (who is encountered on members' worlds but can be seen in free-to-play). Lucien is inside the building. The camp itself is free-to-play. The outlaws can be killed for extremely small amounts of experience in free-to-play. During What Lies Below, players are required to kill five outlaws to retrieve some of Rat Burgiss' papers. During A Ruff Situation, players are required to kill two unique outlaws to save the third puppy.
