The oil can is a quest item used only in Ernest the Chicken. It is found in the basement of Draynor Manor at the end of a maze puzzle.
It is one of three items needed to repair Professor Oddenstein's machine along with a pressure gauge and a rubber tube, so he can turn Ernest back into a human. Duplicates can be obtained after the quest, but it serves no further use.
