The Key is a quest item used only in Ernest the Chicken. It is found by using a spade on the compost heap inside Draynor Manor's west wall during the quest.
It is used to open the door to the room containing a skeleton and the rubber tube. It can only be obtained during the quest and is kept upon completion.

Trivia
- Curiously, this key could also be used to walk through the boarded-up door in the Clock Tower building before an update on 11 January 2023 removed the interaction. While it was generally not very useful, it could be used to save a few seconds when routing paths during quests like Clock Tower or Hazeel Cult.
