Elite Dark Warriors are powerful melee combatants who reside in the Black Knight Catacombs. They utilise protection prayers; as such, using two combat styles is required.

In addition to using protection prayers, they effectively have 99^{[confirmation needed]} Prayer points, and they lose prayer points equal to the attack speed of your weapon each time you attack them. Their prayer can also be drained via methods like Smite, Saradomin Strike, and sapphire bolts (e). Once their prayer has been completely drained, they can no longer use protection prayers.

Elite Dark Warriors count as 6 black knight kills for the purpose of accessing the White Knight Armoury.
