The Dark Squall is a mysterious mage and agent working on behalf of Lucien, whom players track down during While Guthix Sleeps. When the player confronts him in the Black Knight Catacombs, he reveals himself to be Surok Magis, the leader of the Dagon'hai, who escaped custody at Varrock Castle during Defender of Varrock.
